2. Application Distribution

The application is distributed via:

3. Hosting

Resilyo is an offline-first mobile application. No server infrastructure hosts your personal data — the application is self-contained on your device.

Application binaries are hosted by the respective app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) for distribution purposes only.

The Publisher operates a static website, foretalestudio.com, which hosts these legal pages and a public version file that the App may read to detect a newer version and to announce a current promotion. That website is hosted by:

Reading the version file is optional (it can be switched off in Settings), sends no personal data, and leaves no trace beyond the host's standard server logs, exactly as visiting any web page would.

A "Report a bug" function is available in Settings. It opens your email app with a pre-filled message containing only the application version, your device model, your operating system, and your interface language. There is no automatic transmission: you compose the message and decide whether to send it from your own mail client. No other data leaves your device.

4. Intellectual Property

The Resilyo application, including its source code, design, illustrations, educational content, icons, and user interface, is the intellectual property of FORETALE STUDIO (FTS), protected under:

  • French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle)
  • Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
  • EU Copyright Directive 2019/790

All rights reserved. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of the application or its content without prior written authorization from the Publisher is prohibited.

5. Data Sources and Attribution

The application's recommendations are an original compilation by the Publisher. Quantities and item selections have been adapted, recalculated, and supplemented through cross-referencing multiple official public sources. No content has been reproduced as-is.
